It depends a lot on the rep range in which you want to train dips. If you have achieved your desired number of repetitions of e.g. 10 with only your own body weight, you put on a dip belt and attach 5kg to it. You then continue with this until you are back at 10x WDH.

That's exactly how I would advise the TE.
I see as much potential as it is wasted! Jesus Christ, a whole generation draws gasoline! Clear tables! Work as a desk slave! Advertising makes us hot for clothes and cars ... Do jobs that we hate! Then buy shit we don't need! We are the second born in history, people ... men without a purpose, without a goal! we do not have a big war! Not a big depression! Our great war is a spiritual one ... Our great depression is our life ... We were raised by television in the belief that one day we would all become millionaires, film gods, rock stars ... But we won't! And we're starting to realize that! And we're short, very close to freaking out ... "

Depending on how many sentences you are doing on the day, I would recommend 3x across the board.

Do it in parallel as shown in the video above on a leg lifting device, but the other way around with the face to the "machine"

To increase, I found the rest of the break training or hardcore pitt actually really great. Say 10-12 reps until the muscle suffocates ("MV") and then finish up to 20 repetitions with single repetitions or in clusters. At the beginning first a little warm up at 50% and then slowly increase the weight in 10kg steps.

I started with a 30kg counterweight on his machine. Now weigh 20kg more and take 35kg additional weight for double-digit repetitions
