At the same time, the OPC even boosts the absorption of both vitamins in the body and, together with the resveratrol, helps to lower the cholesterol level. Grapes and all products made from them (such as wine, juice, grape seed extract, grapes (raisin) or grape seed oil) are therefore considered by experts to be a reliable prevention against all complaints and diseases that arise from damage to the body cells. They can also slow down the aging process, which is primarily responsible for cell damage caused by free radicals.
Grapes as a slim snack
This is why grapes are healthy: They are practically fat-free, but contain a lot of fructose - the sweeter they taste, the more there is in them. The fructose of the berries can make you feel hungry and encourage you to eat. So if you're on a diet, don't snack too much.
