How do I discover my passion

This is how you unleash your passion

Perhaps you are now thinking that this is the real deal, but unfortunately I have to disappoint you. This article is suitable for minors as it is not about the passion that makes you hear and see. Instead, I will tell you my four secrets that, as a young entrepreneur, will make me start the day with energy and enthusiasm.

An overview for you

1. Realize your passions

It sounds perfectly logical that a passion must first be recovered before it can be deepened and expanded. Many people are desperately trying to find themselves by developing their passions. However, they are so stubbornly focused on discovering their passions that they run past them.

Most of the time it is not a great event when you encounter your inner passion. On the contrary, as soon as you have found the things for yourself that are close to you and through which you can realize yourself, many things will become very easy for you. Let your current everyday life go through your head: Which activities give you great pleasure? What are you particularly good at?

I wouldn't be particularly surprised if your answer to the first and second questions is the same. The fact is that you will always be better at something you pursue with friends than at something you struggle for.

To this day, I have not understood why many people seem to really enjoy when things are easy for them. It gives the impression that we can only truly appreciate the successes that we have achieved through hard and arduous work. As soon as things fly to us, they automatically seem to be worth less.

What a complete miscalculation! By following your passions, you will be able to exploit your potential in a completely different and more extensive way than most others.

2. Stay passionate

A great way to stay passionate in the long run is to surround yourself with inspiring people. You have probably already noticed that there are two kinds of people: those who steal a lot of your energy in interaction with them and those who strengthen your back and with whom you gain energy in interpersonal dealings.

Both kinds of acquaintances are not wrong, but a healthy mediocrity is important. If you yourself feel the passion inside you, it is a wonderful feeling to pass it on and to infect other people with it.

But in order for a fire to continue burning, it has to be stoked occasionally. Energy is often generated out of passion and is something very precious, so you should think about filling up your strength and energy reserves at an early stage.

Acquaintances or friends who inspire you are a great way to preserve your inner passion. The great thing about such people is not only that they let you recharge your batteries, but can also have a very motivating effect on you. 3. Passion is important

Your passion influences your entire everyday life. Passion keeps us young as people and makes us feel that our life is shaped by a deeper meaning. You have probably heard the saying: "Make your passion your job and you won't have to work a day of your life."

And now imagine that you go about your work and don't have the feeling that you are at work. Instead, you do something that you would do if you didn't get paid for it at the end of the month. You wouldn't mind if you had to work overtime occasionally.

You probably wouldn't even find it bad if you couldn't retire in your sixties because you enjoy your job so much that you want to pursue it for as long as you can. If this is your first time reading this it might sound strange, but if you pause and think about it, it makes sense.

Why should you one day give up an activity in your life that gives you passionate joy or regret having invested too much time in it? Correct. There is no good reason for it. Instead, people who pursue their inner passions are just balanced and happy.

It is certainly not easy to reconcile one's passion and one's job. For this reason, many people are afraid to pursue their passion, because they fear that they will not earn as much money with it as in another profession.

But I am a great advocate of the view that everyone can find a job that suits them and in which they can develop and realize themselves personally. And personal development through the realization of your passions is basically much more important than making big money.

The people who chase after money orient their lives around materialistic objects, those who concentrate on their passions focus on themselves and on being happy.

4. Passion and common sense

No question about it, it is the most beautiful feeling in the world to have recognized and found your passion so that you can pursue it. However, you must not forget that passion is the spark that makes the fire in you blaze, but is not enough on its own.

Passion is an important building block for developing an idea or developing your personality, but it is not enough on its own. Your passion is the necessary vehicle that will give your dreams a deeper meaning.

But despite your passion, which will no doubt help you achieve your dreams, it is extremely important to have clear goals to aim at. This is the only way to ensure that you focus your passionate energy in a targeted manner, so that you can specifically target your resolutions.

I once heard a very beautiful saying from Khalil Gibran about this, which is true to it and which I still remember today:

“Your reason and your passion are the rudder and sails of your seafaring soul. If the sails or oars break, all you can do is lurch and drift. Because reason is, when it rules alone, an in-depth force and unbridled passion is a flame that burns to the point of self-destruction. "

In this sense, I wish you a wise implementation of your passion.
